Terms of Service

Welcome to SCRAPD, operated by Radically Repurposed Rags LLC ("SCRAPD," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using scrapd.app, joining the waitlist, or applying as a creator, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SCRAPD. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

2. Creator approval

SCRAPD is a curated marketplace. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application within 72 business hours and reserve the right to approve or decline at our sole discretion.

3. Listing standards

Approved creators may only list items that are upcycled, hand-altered, hand-made, or meaningfully reworked from existing materials. Drop-shipping, mass-produced unaltered resale, counterfeits, and AI-generated product photography are not permitted and may result in removal of listings or accounts.

4. Fees and payments

SCRAPD charges no listing fees. Commission is deducted from each completed sale at the rate associated with your tier (5%, 7%, or 10%) at the time of approval. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after orders are marked delivered.

5. Buyer obligations

Buyers agree to pay for items in full at the time of purchase and to communicate respectfully with creators. Returns and exchanges are governed by individual creator policies disclosed on each listing.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your work, your photos, and your brand. By listing on SCRAPD, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use SCRAPD to harass other users, list prohibited items, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to circumvent the platform for off-site transactions originating from SCRAPD-introduced contacts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of the marketplace.

9. Limitation of liability

SCRAPD is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radically Repurposed Rags LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
