• Account info: Name, email, brand name, social and portfolio links submitted via our application or waitlist forms.
• Application content: Free-text answers about your work and intent to sell on SCRAPD.
• Usage data: Standard analytics like page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location.
• Cookies: Small files used by HubSpot and our own analytics to recognize returning visitors and attribute conversions.

2. How we use it

• To review your creator application and communicate the outcome.
• To notify you when SCRAPD opens to buyers (if you joined the waitlist).
• To improve the website and the application experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with vendors necessary to operate the platform — currently HubSpot (forms and CRM) and Stripe (payments, once active). We never sell your information.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected]. Residents of California, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.

5. Data retention

We keep application and account data for as long as your account is active, or as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.

7. Children

SCRAPD is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Updates

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify users via email and update the date at the top of this page.
